Associate Director, Compliance - Sales (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,900–$191,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Oversee governance and compliance activities for sales channels.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for sales monitoring and oversight.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
• Partner with sales leadership, operations, legal, compliance, and external agency partners to resolve concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Prepare leadership reports and presentations on compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of compliance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance requirements.
• At least 2 years of people leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, Juris Doctor, or another advanced graduate degree.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare, or another highly regulated industry.
