Branch Manager II (Banking)

Location: In-office in Fredericksburg, Virginia, United States

Base salary: $90,750–$151,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage branch priorities and execution to drive performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and financial well-being.
• Lead branded sales processes, acquire consumer and business relationships, and grow share of wallet.
• Develop business banking results through business development and community involvement.
• Coach employees to deliver consultative, technology-enabled customer interactions and resolve client issues.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members through ongoing performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, delegation, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, communicate effectively, and deliver results.
• Foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
• No university degree, certification, or license is required; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
