Manager - Client (Banking)

Location: Valencia, Santa Clarita, California, US. In-office work with a sales-hybrid setup.

Salary: $59,467–$94,975 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, hire, and develop branch sales and service colleagues.
• Support branch sales activities, client retention, product recommendations, outbound calling, site visits, and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain client relationships with the branch manager, relationship managers, and internal banking partners.
• Oversee branch operational integrity, risk management, loss prevention, audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive new client acquisition and business development for the branch.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct client service experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, audit practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, leadership, and team-building skills.
