Client Associate (IR Licensed, Mandarin Speaking)

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto, Ontario, Monday through Friday

Annual base salary: $51,500–$60,200 CAD, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Build and grow Wood Gundy client portfolios through relationship management, investment advice, and client service.
• Work with Investment Advisors to manage portfolios and support new business development.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients, provide support, and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
• Help develop investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build community relationships through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing.
• Current Investment Representative (IR) accreditation in good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer.
• Experience in financial services and/or brokerage, with working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, business development, and analytical thinking skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
