Banking Centre Leader III - Intake

Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada; on-site full-time. The role may require working across multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives delivering client-focused financial services.
• Hire, coach, develop, and motivate employees to achieve strong team performance.
• Build and deepen client relationships while addressing financial needs and resolving complaints.
• Monitor banking centre performance and implement action plans to close performance gaps.
• Work with internal partners to identify market opportunities and support responsible revenue growth.
• Manage and minimize risks affecting the bank, clients, and shareholders.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals.
• Experience coaching employees and inspiring successful team performance.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Availability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong client service, financial advising, people management, and performance monitoring skills.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
