Financial Services Representative II

Location: On-site full-time in The Pas, Manitoba, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and referrals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work collaboratively across banking centres to connect clients with the right specialists and opportunities.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of critical thinking.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, teamwork, and accountability skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to work at nearby banking centres.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
