Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking, 100% Commission)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, with client meetings across Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Scarborough, and Markham. Work activities can be performed remotely, with occasional on-site attendance; the work arrangement will be discussed during the interview. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Build trusted client relationships and support clients with mortgage and financial planning needs.
• Develop sales plans based on the local market and convert leads into new clients.
• Network with Banking Centre teams, realtors, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Manage client interactions flexibly, meeting clients where and when convenient for them.

Requirements

• Mandarin and Cantonese speaking ability required.
• Banking and mortgage experience, including mortgage lending and documentation.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid work or study permit where applicable.
