What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US clinical and medical roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Hire physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical assistants, and clinical operations professionals against agreed hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, and events.
• Own candidate communication and provide a clear, fast experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate Ashby records and align recruitment data with Workday.
• Track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes using data.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience with a track record of hiring healthcare professionals in the US.
• Experience working in high-volume or multi-site recruitment environments.
• Strong sourcing skills with a creative, research-led approach.
• Working knowledge of US clinical licensing and credentialing basics.
• Clear, professional communication with clinicians and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-context environment and use AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and administration.
