Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: USA — Remote

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 annual base salary, depending on work location; equity and bonus offered.

What you will do

• Schedule interview loops across engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and G&A functions.
• Coordinate calendars, time zones, stakeholders, onsite interviews, virtual loops, and travel logistics.
• Write clear, warm candidate communications throughout the interview process.
• Use AI and automation to reduce recurring coordination work and improve scheduling speed.
• Maintain accurate candidate stages, feedback, and dispositions in Ashby.
• Identify hiring-process friction and recommend actionable process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong ability to manage multiple calendars, time zones, stakeholders, and shifting priorities accurately.
• AI-native approach and ability to design Human+AI workflows for coordination.
• Experience creating templates, automations, or systems that reduce manual work.
• Ability to maintain clean and reliable ATS data.
• Clear written communication and discretion when handling confidential candidate and interview information.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.

Nice to have

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or a similar operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS.
• Experience building automation or AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Zapier, scripts, or LLM prompts.
• Experience supporting technical or high-volume hiring at a fast-growing company.
