What you will do

• Acquire and develop new profitable treasury management relationships.
• Retain and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Conduct sales, prospecting, outbound calling, and cross-selling of bank products.
• Develop product pricing, structuring, and customer proposals.
• Build relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to identify and drive treasury management opportunities.
• Manage sales results, pipelines, relationship plans, joint calling, and weekly data accuracy.

Requirements

• Three or more years of banking experience focused on treasury management or cash management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or four or more years of banking and/or treasury management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

• CTP or another professional designation.
• Experience mentoring treasury management colleagues.
