Treasury Management Officer II (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Troy, Michigan, United States

Base salary: $91,000–$169,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Coordinate relationship management activities across a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while originating, analyzing, negotiating, and documenting non-credit products and services.
• Identify client needs and provide treasury management ideas, insights, product positioning, and solution recommendations.
• Manage client, community, and industry relationships to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks while maintaining solution quality.
• Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, financial analysis, sales negotiation, prospecting, and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of treasury products, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.
• Must work in-office in Troy, Michigan; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
