Relationship Manager I - C&IB

Location: In-office in Peoria or Bloomington, Illinois, United States

Base salary: $86,250–$143,750 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage new and existing commercial client relationships to grow revenue, sales, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while deepening share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Identify client opportunities, provide financial insights, and improve engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal and external networks, present hirify.global products, and convert sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, credit processes, financial analysis, and sales opportunities.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal policies.
• Ability to work in-office in Peoria or Bloomington, Illinois.
