Immunology Cross-Functional Intern

Location: Spring House, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid model with on-site work three days per week and remote work two days per week for non-lab-based roles.

What you will do

• Support immunology clinical research and drug development activities in a global, matrixed environment.
• Assist with clinical trial protocols, materials, data review, medical review, query generation and resolution, and clinical study reports.
• Review medical literature, related products, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct a clinical trial retention gap analysis by reviewing data, gathering stakeholder feedback, identifying root causes, and summarizing findings.
• Complete a primary research project and collaborate with colleagues across functional disciplines.
• Present project results to relevant teams and prepare an abstract or poster for the organization-wide research symposium.

Requirements

• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship is required.
• Must remain enrolled in an accredited university or college throughout the internship and must not graduate before, during, or after the program.
• Undergraduate students with at least six completed semesters, or graduate students pursuing a master's, PharmD, Physician Assistant, PhD, or another clinical-related degree, are eligible.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and studies in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, clinical research, computational biology, precision medicine, or a related field.
• Availability to work full time, 40 hours per week, from May 17 through August 6, 2027.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, leadership, collaboration, and project management skills; working knowledge of Slack and Microsoft Office tools.
