What you will do
- Coordinate administrative support, document sharing, office supplies, equipment, travel arrangements, meetings, seminars, and special events.
- Provide office support for Athletics IT staff and manage inquiries from staff, students, customers, parents, and visitors.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, publications, presentations, incident notifications, and other communications.
- Act as a liaison with campus offices, building management, equipment and telecommunications contacts, and facilities representatives.
- Train and supervise student workers when direct supervisors are unavailable and assist with event schedules and staffing.
- Support the communication and enforcement of NCAA, conference, university, and student-athlete conduct requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of office administration experience.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet, presentation, and word-processing software.
- Strong planning, organization, multitasking, verbal, written, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Availability to work outside standard office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when required by technology services operations.
- Compliance with Texas A&M University System policies, regulations, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws is required.
