hirify.global Helicopters produces and maintains helicopters, including H125 aircraft for civil and commercial customers and UH-72A Lakota helicopters for the U.S. Army.

What you will do

  • Lead assigned sections and coordinate aircraft production-line activities.
  • Plan and prioritize workloads, assess schedule dates, and coordinate technician availability with the supervisor.
  • Assign workforce and monitor workflow to support on-time aircraft delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise for aircraft installations and perform electrical and mechanical work.
  • Inspect completed work and delegated technician activities, identifying discrepancies.
  • Use and interpret aircraft documentation to complete electrical work and resolve daily production challenges.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of rotary aircraft experience, including two years as a senior technician or equivalent.
  • Helicopter maintenance experience.
  • Experience assessing aircraft status, prioritizing personnel, and meeting production schedules.
  • Ability to evaluate technician capabilities, determine parts usability, and make complex aircraft installation decisions.
  • Must be a US Person under ITAR: a US citizen, green card holder, or person covered under an existing ITAR license.
  • Ability to work onsite approximately 90% of the time and use required production-floor personal protective equipment.
