Maintenance Technician (Industrial Facilities)

Location: Onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States. Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm, with occasional overtime.

What you will do

• Complete preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on pumps, air handlers, exhaust fans, plumbing fixtures, lighting, doors, and other building equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance, including repairs and installation of furniture, ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, appliances, signage, locks, and related fixtures.
• Conduct routine inspections, touch-up painting, equipment assembly, and office or room configuration modifications.
• Install modular walls, workstations, furniture, cubicle walls, doors, and door frames.
• Complete personnel moves and room setups.
• Perform or assist with basic Electro-Mechanical Technician responsibilities when qualified.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Industrial maintenance experience; 3+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a preferred associate degree in trades.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, drawings, and building-system documentation.
• Experience with shop tools and ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to access roofs and use extension ladders, man lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Ability to maintain certification to issue Safety Work Permits, lift over 50 lbs. consistently, and work onsite during the required schedule.
