Senior Manager Change Management & Training (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role available in Raynham, Massachusetts; West Chester, Pennsylvania; Raritan, New Jersey; Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland; or Zuchwil, Switzerland. Global travel of approximately 20–30% may be required.

Base pay: $122,000–$212,750 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses, identifying risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies.
• Design stakeholder engagement, communications, business adoption, and training plans across impacted functions.
• Coordinate business readiness and cutover activities, including data cleanup, relabeling, physical inventory counts, simulations, and validation.
• Partner with process leads, business owners, subject matter experts, PMO teams, and external partners to align project plans and deliverables.
• Lead and develop the change management and training team while ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, information systems, organizational change, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, transformation, operations, supply chain, or large transformation programs.
• Experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems such as ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, ERP, and complex multi-system environments.
• Experience with people management, cross-functional governance, project delivery, external vendors, and consulting partners.
• English is required; additional languages are preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, Prosci certification, PMP, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, ACMP, or comparable certification.
• Experience with large-scale digital or systems transformations in regulated or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with learning technologies, digital adoption tools, and blended learning models.
• Experience with continuous improvement, process transformation, or operating model changes.
