Training Supervisor (Warehouse)

Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Coordinate training with branch leadership for manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and warehouse personnel.
• Develop and deliver general and specialized training workshops, system training, and observation and feedback sessions.
• Assess training needs using management consultation and business performance metrics.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and provide improvement action plans to management.
• Monitor onboarding at distribution centers and maintain consistent training records and reporting.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, performance reviews, work assignments, and employee development for a group of employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, multitasking, and employee development skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and proficiency in SAP and Catalyst.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to operate machinery at the location.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree.
• Leadership or training experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and multiple types of machinery.
