Location: Milford, Massachusetts, United States; 100% onsite

Salary: $113,200–$133,800 per year

What you will do

  • Implement and evaluate educational programs, workshops, simulations, and competency assessments for nursing staff.
  • Provide oncology clinical expertise, support symptom-management practice, and contribute to patient and family education.
  • Coordinate orientation programs, preceptor selection, weekly check-ins, nursing student placements, and related records.
  • Mentor and consult with nurses and multidisciplinary teams on clinical policies, standards, and care plans.
  • Support evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety initiatives, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with nursing leaders to develop and evaluate strategies that improve care outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire as required by the role.
  • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1 year of oncology experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, mentoring, educational technology, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice, competency models, simulation standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Professional certification such as NPD-BC or an oncology-specific certification required within 3 years of hire.
