What you will do

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations for a designated unit, program, or service.
• Lead safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Plan staffing, allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor utilization and performance data.
• Recruit, retain, develop, coach, and evaluate nursing staff while ensuring clinical competence.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, nurses, patients, families, and multidisciplinary departments.
• Drive performance improvement, patient and family satisfaction, and achievement of unit and institutional goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least three years of nursing leadership experience.
• Leadership, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and clinical nursing skills.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions, adapt to change, and collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues.
• Ability to perform extensive standing and walking, patient and equipment transfers, and work around hazardous materials, infectious substances, and clinical equipment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Five years of nursing leadership experience.
• Nursing specialty certification.
