Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, varying by location and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding and integration experiences, role-based journeys, orientation sessions, welcome activities, and employee transition milestones.
• Develop and improve onboarding materials, workflows, communications, manager resources, and operational processes.
• Support four Inclusion Network leadership teams through meeting coordination, communications, logistics, and follow-up.
• Develop OIB resources, presentations, campaigns, engagement materials, and firmwide awareness initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, reporting, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Learning & Professional Development, IT, Communications, Marketing, Recruiting, and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience in OIB/DEIB, employee experience, HR, onboarding, talent development, programs, events, projects, or operations preferred.
• Strong project management, organization, stakeholder management, communication, presentation development, and visual communication skills.
• Systems-thinking and analytical abilities, including interpreting and communicating data-driven insights.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently in a fast-paced matrixed environment, and support occasional travel and evening events.
