Senior Consultant, Advisory Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the United States

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and participate in Advisory Services engagement workstreams for healthcare system clients.
• Conduct interviews, obtain data, oversee analyses, interpret findings, and develop recommendations and solutions.
• Create client presentations, reports, and other deliverables that communicate strategy, outcomes, and insights.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models using hirify.global and client datasets; lead analytics production and quality assurance.
• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools, including troubleshooting Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.
• Manage workstream activities, project economics, budgets, risks, implementation support, and client relationships.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is also accepted.
• Experience in healthcare finance, operations, consulting, strategic planning, decision support analytics, or related areas.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets, validating qualitative and quantitative data, and creating visualizations and presentations.
• Ability to lead work groups, mentor others, communicate effectively with clients, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to travel 61–80% within the United States and work remotely while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Lean process improvement experience or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
• Experience developing new methodologies and solving strategic problems.
