Project Manager II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Missouri, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Manage projects from requirements gathering and planning through execution, deployment, and closure.
• Develop schedules, secure resources, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional project activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans.
• Communicate project status, milestones, dashboards, ROI tables, and success metrics to stakeholders.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and align resources with project objectives.
• Oversee project deliverables such as design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools, MS Project or similar software, and MS Office.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience with production environments is preferred for projects involving print and digital healthcare ID cards.

• Healthcare industry experience.

• PMP or CAPM certification.
