Project Manager (Connected Care)

Location: California, United States (remote); approximately 25% travel required for customer kickoffs, testing activities, and go-live events.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from sales handoff through installation, testing, go-live, and transition to ongoing support.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, documentation, and progress reporting across approximately 10 concurrent projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate with customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, Project Leads, Clinical Specialists, Engineers, and other project teams.
• Manage projects ranging from approximately $50K to $10M and forecast project revenue against assigned annual targets.
• Identify risks, delays, and roadblocks related to construction, IT readiness, installations, and customer dependencies, then drive resolution plans.
• Support successful adoption of nurse call systems and digital health technologies throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading complex projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience managing external customer projects, timelines, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and revenue forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency with project management tools and systems.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
