Logistics Deduction Compliance Analyst

Consumer electronics company operating with major retail partners and international supply chain operations.

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve compliance chargebacks and deductions from major retail partners including Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, and Kroger.
• Analyze root causes such as delivery discrepancies, packaging non-compliance, and routing violations, then prepare disputes and appeals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, GTM teams, and overseas partners to resolve disputes and reduce compliance risks.
• Track deduction trends and compile quarterly and annual chargeback reports for planning and decision-making.
• Monitor logistics operations in SAP and support documentation, shipping procedure improvements, and internal training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in deduction or compliance management.
• Foundational SAP knowledge and interest in logistics, supply chain compliance, and chargeback management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment and work outside standard business hours when necessary.

Nice to have

• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Experience supporting team training on deduction prevention and compliance updates.
