Intern, Integrated Business Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; onsite corporate office environment

Constellation Brands operates in the beer industry and provides an environment for integrated business planning across the beer supply chain.

What you will do

• Support planning and execution process improvement projects across the beer supply chain.
• Contribute to digital transformation activities and KPI development and tracking.
• Gain rotational experience in demand planning, network supply planning, new product introduction planning, S&OP, S&OE, deployment, and customer management.
• Complete organized weekly tasks and supervisor-managed project work with guidance from IBP&E managers and directors.

Requirements

• Must have completed the junior year of a bachelor's program with an anticipated graduation date in 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in supply chain, operations management, industrial engineering, business analytics, or logistics.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and age of at least 21.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional maturity, organization, persistence, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Must be able to work in a corporate office, sit or stand for extended periods, work on a computer, travel commercially, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
