Logistics Team Leader (Material Handling)

What you will do

• Lead warehouse operations by driving safety compliance, daily work organization, and lean material-handling practices.
• Coordinate warehouse priorities and optimize receiving, put-away, kitting, staging, inventory transactions, and internal deliveries.
• Monitor material availability, inventory accuracy, warehouse KPIs, and handling risks to support production schedules.
• Promote safe operation of forklifts, overhead cranes, hoists, pallet jacks, and related lifting equipment through training and procedure adherence.
• Coach material-handling staff and collaborate with procurement, planning, production, logistics, and supplier quality teams to resolve shortages and operational barriers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or material handling.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Experience using SAP, warehouse management systems, and supplier portals.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, material staging, internal material flow, and performance management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
