Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three office days per week

Base pay: $69,800–$125,900 annually

What you will do

• Provide 24x7 operational infrastructure support for production and non-production environments.
• Use analytics to improve service quality, availability, and customer interactions.
• Resolve incidents and issues escalated by infrastructure vendors.
• Transition operational knowledge from design and build teams.
• Manage operational vendor performance and infrastructure service metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of information technology experience, technical certification or college coursework with four years of IT experience, or six years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3, ITSM systems, monitoring, and event management technologies.
• Experience with infrastructure technologies including compute, databases, storage, middleware, servers, operating systems, virtualization, containers, networks, voice, and call center systems.
• Experience with mainframe and mainframe storage technologies, including z/OS, CICS, and VSAM.
• Experience with collaboration and executive support technologies, including laptops, tablets, handheld devices, and mobile platforms.
• Ability to manage suppliers, incidents, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, conflict, change, and performance-driven decisions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
