Infrastructure Analyst

Location: Buffalo, New York, United States; four days onsite at the Seneca One Buffalo location and one day per week from home. Travel to other M&T office locations may be required.

Salary: $74,600–$124,400 annual USD

What you will do

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware, operating systems, software, and related infrastructure.
• Resolve help desk escalations and advanced technical incidents using diagnostic tools and structured problem-solving.
• Create issue trends, dashboards, executive briefings, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Perform patching, health checks, operating system updates, change validation, and maintenance activities according to SOPs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, lead technical project teams, and contribute to infrastructure design.
• Coach less experienced staff and identify opportunities to automate or improve maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of higher education and/or work experience; seven years preferred.
• Experience reading and understanding technical information and communicating it clearly to teams and managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and customer focus.
• Ability to manage customer needs and multiple priorities while following risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.
• Availability for scheduled evening responsibilities and travel to M&T office locations as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, mobile device management, Jira, or telecom management.
• Experience with Microsoft Flow, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Copilot Agents.
• Mobile app troubleshooting and project leadership or management experience.
