Product Designer (AI)

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, with four days onsite each week at the N. Scottsdale office

What you will do

• Design user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for guest-facing web and mobile products.
• Design internal tools that help Customer Care agents manage workflows, service recovery, and guest support.
• Support AI-powered chat, guided response, and knowledge-support experiences for Customer Care teams.
• Conduct and support stakeholder interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, UX audits, and heuristic evaluations.
• Use Figma, established design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards to prototype and hand off designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Analysts, and designers throughout discovery, delivery, experimentation, and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in UX or product design for web, mobile, SaaS, or employee-facing digital products.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, modern prototyping, and design-handoff workflows.
• Working knowledge of WCAG, responsive design, and inclusive design practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires four days onsite at the Scottsdale office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing internal tools, dashboards, or customer support and service workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for design work.
