Location: Seattle HQ, Washington, United States

Salary: $173,000–$242,500 total cash annually; potential top of range up to $277,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Lead collaborative definition and framing of complex product concepts for Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates.
• Design end-to-end experiences for cashback, travel offers, loyalty exchange, co-branded sites, affiliate APIs, coupon redemption, and Buy Now Pay Later journeys.
• Translate product requirements into design strategies, roadmaps, concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final deliverables.
• Analyze research, testing, business metrics, and technical constraints to make informed design decisions.
• Use visual storytelling to communicate product vision to internal and external stakeholders across Business, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content, and Research.
• Explore AI-enabled design tools and agentic features while maintaining a high quality bar and supporting seamless implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in User Experience Design or a related field.
• Experience with customer journey mapping, user stories, personas, design systems, shared component libraries, and product lifecycle design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design work from conception through release, including decisions, outcomes, and pivots.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content, Research, and other stakeholders.
• Strong visual detail, knowledge of current design tools, and the ability to work through ambiguity.

• Experience designing across multiple devices, webviews, and browsers.
• Experience with internationalization, localization, accessibility, and human diversity in design.
• Experience designing for agentic platforms and tools.
• Experience with strategic partnerships or presenting to executive audiences.
