Senior Product Designer

Location: In-office role in Arlington, Texas, United States; overnight travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for native app and customer-facing digital experiences, from research and wireframing through prototyping and final execution.
• Translate business goals, marketing objectives, brand strategy, customer insights, and operational workflows into navigation, user flows, journey maps, interaction models, and interface designs.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and mock-ups while applying responsive, accessible, and technically feasible design standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and digital marketing teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Conduct usability testing, feedback sessions, and iterative design reviews to improve adoption, usability, performance, and conversion.
• Support design-system governance, UX documentation, cross-functional consultation, SEO optimization, and continuous workflow improvement.

Requirements

• Must work in the Arlington, Texas office.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, or an equivalent field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive UX or product design experience focused on customer-facing websites or digital platforms.
• Experience with native app design and a portfolio demonstrating innovative, complex shipped products; a portfolio link must be attached to the resume.
• Advanced knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, digital marketing, interaction design, and visual problem-solving.
• Advanced Figma experience and proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics tools, CRO practices, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience working in Agile or product-driven digital teams.
• Familiarity with testing platforms and AI tools.
