Legal Intern (Insurance)

Location: Diamond Bar, California, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; the role is not eligible for H-1B, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT sponsorship.

Salary: $36.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct legal research for insurance-related matters.
• Prepare discovery and draft briefs and motions.
• Observe proceedings in various courts.
• Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trials or hearings.
• Collaborate with staff counsel attorneys, support staff, and business partners.
• Apply feedback from experienced legal professionals to assigned work.

Requirements

• Currently attending an accredited law school.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• H-1B, TN, and Forms I-983/STEM OPT sponsorship are not available.
