Payroll Representative II (HRTech)

Location: United States

Salary: $42,600–$61,300 per year, plus potential performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of payroll and workforce management clients.
• Research payroll issues and provide accurate, effective solutions while supporting compliance.
• Build payroll import templates for clients using Excel.
• Write client communications and lead video meetings with clients and remote colleagues.
• Support client relationships and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
• Ability to learn new information, systems, and processes quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Work authorization and employment eligibility requirements apply in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience in payroll, customer service, account management, or HR-related support.
• Experience with hirify.global products or other payroll and workforce management platforms.
