Operations Analyst II

Location: Remote within the United States; availability during Central Time hours is required. Standard working hours are 8am–5pm Central Time.

Salary: $29/hour, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

What you will do

• Audit payroll files and verify employee compensation, benefits, deductions, and related records.
• Review inbound demographic files and outbound carrier files for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and logical data mapping.
• Audit benefit enrollments, cost and coverage data, and other information in the hirify.global system.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions with Senior Operations Associates and Operations Managers.
• Develop quality-control improvements, communicate risks and recommendations, and maintain timely client deliverables.
• Support escalations, implementation projects, advanced audits, and Analyst II coverage during absences.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience, including summer jobs or internships.
• B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to help solve complex problems, adapt to changing priorities, manage deliverables independently, and work occasional approved overtime.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and maintain Central Time availability.
