Field Integrity Engineer II, Midstream (Pipeline Integrity)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; based out of the Houston office. Travel up to 50% of the time is required.

Salary: $127,800–$156,200 base salary per year

What you will do

• Manage ILI tool runs, hydrotests, reconditioning projects, anomaly digs, and pipeline repair programs.
• Select ILI and NDE methods, coordinate assessment schedules, and review remediation worklists and technical transmittals.
• Calculate remaining pipeline strength using B31G, log-secant, and related methods; determine anomaly repairs and approve post-repair maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with field operations, maintenance teams, management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Interpret CFR Title 49 Parts 192 and 195 and represent the integrity program during audits.
• Prepare budgets and long-range plans, identify regional integrity projects, and improve standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of engineering experience.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Civil Engineering.
• Pipeline integrity engineering experience.
• Project management experience.
