Field Installation Representative II (Industrial Gas Turbines)

Location: Texas; field and factory work with more than 75% domestic and international travel required.

Salary: $72,360–$108,540 annually.

What you will do

• Plan and execute the removal, modification, rework, and installation of package controls and package systems.
• Install control consoles, components, conduit, cable trays, tubing, junction boxes, and inter-connect wiring according to project engineering documentation.
• Lead lower-complexity projects and act as a customer liaison for project deliverables.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment while following EHSS, quality, environmental, electrical, and Solar standards.
• Support commissioning through cold loop checks, maintain parts and tool modules, and build installation kits and component subassemblies.
• Train and provide technical and administrative support to less experienced Field Installation Representatives and technicians.

Requirements

• Advanced training and experience in package system upgrades, refurbishment, overhaul, electronics, hydraulics, or an equivalent area.
• Three to five years of turbo-machinery experience, including a basic understanding of customer balance-of-plant equipment and operation.
• Leadership, problem-solving, computer, and communication skills for a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience applying field and factory EHSS policies and safely operating related tools and equipment.
• Ability to obtain a passport and TWIC card, pass an offshore medical physical and BOSIET training, obtain a corporate credit card, and maintain a clean driving record.
• English communication skills are required; Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working from engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with Windchill, Citrix, Microsoft O365 applications, or FieldMobile.
• Previous travel or field experience.
