What you will do

• Lead the global leadership development strategy, programs, and experiences.
• Build functional capabilities across commercial, operational, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other critical business domains.
• Partner with business leaders, functional experts, Talent & Performance, and HR colleagues to connect development priorities with business needs.
• Identify future workforce and leadership skills, assess capability gaps, and translate insights into development and talent plans.
• Lead development initiatives for high-potential talent, successors, and participants in the Accelerate early-career program.
• Use learning technology, including AI-enabled solutions, and business data to improve scalability, personalization, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in leadership development and experience building commercial, operational, technical, or functional capabilities in complex organizations.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical development solutions and work with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
• Strong learning design expertise, including the ability to turn business and functional knowledge into clear, engaging, and practical development experiences.
• Comfort using emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled approaches, to improve development at scale.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
