Training Manager

Location: Dallas, TX - Headquarters; hybrid work environment with in-office and remote responsibilities. Travel up to 25% to operational locations and other business units, with occasional meetings across time zones.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Trainers and training support professionals across multiple locations and time zones.
• Plan and oversee onboarding, new-hire ramp, continuing education, refresher training, cross-training, and process-specific learning programs.
• Develop scalable instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, micro-learning, video, simulation, job-aid, self-paced, and blended learning solutions.
• Partner with operations, process owners, and audit leadership to turn process changes, audit findings, and quality trends into training and communications.
• Establish training effectiveness metrics, analyze performance data, and use evaluation frameworks such as the Kirkpatrick Model to improve programs.
• Oversee LMS administration, learning records, reporting, dashboards, training schedules, and automation of assignments, reminders, assessments, and completion tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, or operations.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team, program, or significant training initiative.
• Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, training evaluation, e-learning, micro-learning, and blended learning.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, video and content-development platforms, and reporting tools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, project management, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Knowledge of operational processes in the supported business areas.
• Experience using audit, quality, or performance data to guide training decisions.
• Experience supporting multi-location teams.
• Experience with responsible applications of artificial intelligence in learning and development.
