Vice President, Learning & Development (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual base salary: $274,000–$456,600, plus a 30% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Design and own the enterprise Learning & Development strategy in alignment with business priorities, workforce trends, and the broader talent agenda.
• Lead leadership development strategy and programs for first-time people leaders through senior executives.
• Identify enterprise and functional skill gaps and translate them into scalable capability-building programs.
• Own AI Fluency, embedding AI literacy and applied AI capabilities into learning pathways.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 35 L&D professionals while managing a $14M annual budget.
• Establish measurement frameworks, manage vendors and learning platforms, and connect learning investment to business outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive Learning & Development or Talent Management experience, including significant leadership experience in a large, global, complex organization.
• Proven experience building leadership development strategies and programs for multiple leadership levels, including senior executives.
• Experience designing capability-building programs that close measurable skill gaps and connect to business strategy.
• Experience serving diverse employee populations across corporate, field-based, frontline, or operational environments and multiple geographies.
• Experience with AI fluency and integrating AI-enabled tools and capability building into enterprise learning strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in HR functions outside Learning & Development, such as HR Generalist or Talent.
