Talent Development Leader, Foundational Talent Products (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado or San Francisco, California — hybrid, with approximately 2–3 office days per week or more depending on the role. San Francisco office expectations include the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

Cash compensation: $117,020–$144,325 per year in Denver and most major metropolitan locations; $141,700–$174,763 per year in San Francisco.

What you will do

• Define and manage the roadmap for an enterprise capability framework across individual contributor and leadership tracks.
• Embed AI-native competencies and maintain a capability taxonomy as a live, data-informed product.
• Co-create and ship blended learning experiences and modular enablement programs through iterative delivery cycles.
• Design modular content architecture and governance standards for chunking, tagging, and dynamically updating learning objects.
• Partner with HR business partners, executive leaders, and People Technology teams to validate capabilities, prioritize investments, and define system requirements.
• Integrate learning products into HR technology platforms and workflows while measuring and improving their effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning Architecture, Technical Instructional Design, or Organizational Design.
• Experience building foundational programs and scalable learning infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong strategic judgment and experience partnering with HR business partners and executive leaders.
• Expertise in technical instructional design, modular architecture, content structuring, tagging, and object-oriented content design.
• Experience designing and integrating content across LMS/LXP systems, internal wikis, and workflow-embedded tools.
• Experience using learning analytics, generative AI or automation, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping to optimize content and learning experiences.
