Key Account Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Remote - Texas; travel up to 25% to project sites and client locations

What you will do

• Lead project execution from planning and award through final delivery, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external entities across complex, cross-functional construction projects.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Report project progress to leadership and stakeholders and develop KPIs to track performance and efficiency.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to project management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management or related leadership experience.
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects and approximately five projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana; must already be authorized to work in the applicable country without employer-sponsored immigration support.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, MBA, or related qualification.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or technology.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Earned Value Management, or AI platforms for project efficiency.
