What you will do

• Develop new banking relationships and service an existing portfolio of small business clients.
• Manage loan and deposit relationships while achieving established revenue, loan production, and deposit balance goals.
• Evaluate credit information and loan requests, recommend appropriate structures, and manage credit risk.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
• Work with branch partners and referral sources to cross-sell cash management, merchant services, trade services, and other banking products.
• Manage approximately 15–40 relationship clients and a loan portfolio of approximately $7.5M–$20M.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or at least four years of related sales or banking experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Sound credit skills for evaluating loan requests and managing risk.
• Knowledge of personal computers and department software.
• Understanding of cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
