Sr Relationship Manager - C&IB

Location: In-office in Bellevue, Washington, with the position based in Seattle, Washington

Base salary: $184,800–$343,200 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Set relationship strategies and manage a book of complex corporate and middle-market clients.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk and quality across regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit areas.
• Present hirify.global’s full range of products and services while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests and mentor other relationship management colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with middle-market clients with revenue of $100 million or more.
• Knowledge of relationship management, credit processes, financial analysis, portfolio management, and sales negotiation.
• Formal credit training is preferred.
• Must work in an in-office setting; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
