Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; office workplace. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No immigration sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Maintain, monitor, and update assigned business processes and systems.
• Research complex problems independently and implement technical or procedural improvements.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Design processes that meet regulatory requirements and generate specialized or ad hoc reports.
• Analyze reports and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
• Provide technical support and act as a liaison between vendors, business users, and corporate areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 9 years of related education or experience.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
