Senior Business Systems Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina; virtual work with a few in-office visits each year. Candidates from outside the local area are welcome, subject to the states listed for the position.

Salary: $89,174–$142,679 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Define, evaluate, and validate business requirements, functional designs, and technical specifications for complex business systems.
• Analyze business processes and develop technology solutions that improve quality, cost effectiveness, timeliness, and customer service.
• Coordinate production support, resolve application failures and user errors, and manage system support documentation and reporting.
• Lead or coordinate complex projects, including intake, scheduling, implementation, post-implementation support, and technical specification review.
• Coordinate business testing, develop test plans, verify results, and assess impacts, risks, and recommendations.
• Configure system tables and data elements and implement changes that improve system performance and user efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree where required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field; 7 years may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional requirements, process flows, systems analysis, and technical solutions.
• Experience with production support, system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Employment authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Knowledge of Genesys applications.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise systems in healthcare or health insurance.
