Credit Systems Analyst (Commercial Systems)

Salary: $34–$40 per hour, plus a 10% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Administer, maintain, optimize, and secure credit systems and third-party integrations.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, testing, validation, and deployments.
• Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for system issues, providing user support, training, and guidance.
• Manage system configurations, user access, permissions, and security controls.
• Analyze requirements, organize data mapping, and support integrations for developers and testers.
• Test regulatory requirements, releases, new products, and marketing campaigns while improving related processes and documentation.

Requirements

• College degree or technical training.
• 3+ years of relevant systems experience, preferably with nCino and financial institution software.
• Previous lending experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, relationship, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently or with limited supervision and collaborate with employees at all levels.
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
