What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for IT roles through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and develop recruitment initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, talent development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics while monitoring industry trends and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience specializing in IT recruitment.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring talent across different roles and seniority levels.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software is beneficial.
