Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing end-to-end recruitment for client roles with an accent on intake meetings, market-informed sourcing, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder communication. Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours are PH 1st Shift, 9 AM-6 PM

What you will do

  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate candidates, deliver qualified candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market insights.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
  • English required; work availability must align with the PH 1st Shift, 9 AM-6 PM schedule.
