Senior Manager / Lead Associate, Strategy & Analytics - Specialty Injectables

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, USA; hybrid work preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.

What you will do

• Support annual planning, target setting, portfolio prioritization, forecasting, governance, and strategic business reviews for the Specialty and Health Systems business.
• Convert market, customer, contract, pricing, inventory, sales, pipeline, and launch data into actionable commercial insights.
• Build dashboards and multi-product and account-level views using sales, chargeback, contract, pricing, inventory, IQVIA, and customer data.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Portfolio, Business Development, and senior leadership on launches, due diligence, business planning, and execution.
• Support hospital and IDN sales strategies, account targets, incentive-plan governance, customer conversion, and opportunity tracking.
• Own e-commerce performance analytics and drive digital process excellence, IT-tool adoption, and responsible AI use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Engineering, Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• U.S. generic pharmaceutical business experience, with 3–6 years of experience indicated for the role.
• Experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, marketing, business development, commercial analytics, product management, sales excellence, or commercial operations.
• Understanding of health systems, hospitals, clinics, and the U.S. pharmaceutical regulatory, intellectual property, and market environment.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with data manipulation, dashboarding, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.

Nice to have

• Top-tier consulting experience in commercial strategy, analytics, pharmaceutical markets, or hospital-product markets.
• Experience with e-commerce, digital-channel analytics, AI adoption, or commercial process automation.
• Advanced degree in business administration, analytics, statistics, or a related discipline.
